Beijing Universities

Beijing Universities - China Youth University for Political Science is a university focusing on undergraduate education, having 7 majors- Social Works, Economics, Laws, Chinese Language and Literature, Foreign Language and Literature, Youth Education, Public Administration. It also provides post-graduate education in fields like Criminal Laws, News Research, Youth Culture and Research, Social Works, etc. It was founded in 1985, and the president of the school normally is the leader of the China Communism Youth League. The campus takes up a coverage of 180 Chinese-acres.

The Chinese Language for Foreigners courses aims at international students interested in learning Chinese mandarin. The International Exchange Division is responsible for this program being in charge of promotion, enrollment, and its course designs. The international students are placed in the clearly graded classes according to their Chinese level. Besides language learning, the students are provided with the opportunities to learn about Chinese culture, economic development and business affairs through special courses in different subjects.

Each class is limited to a maximum of 18 students to ensure that every student has sufficient attention from the lecturer and to allow for more time for interactive language exercise. A tutor is assigned to each class, who assumes the responsibility of helping each individual student with any possible problem they may encounter with language learning and campus life.
